There’s no question that cockroaches are one of the most disgusting pests out there. Scurrying into our homes through the smallest of cracks in the cover of darkness; roaches hide inside our walls and cupboards, eating our food.
Eating our food???
Yes, you heard me right! If you have cockroaches in your home, you are sharing your food with them. Roaches will eat just about anything organic; even fingernail clippings, human hair, and not only Fido’s food, but his droppings as well. Yuck!!!
While these repulsive bugs will eat just about anything, their favorite foods happen to be sugary and starchy in nature… Like donuts!!!
Watch as this pesky cockroach steals a donut for himself:
It get’s worse! Once roaches eat your food, they spit it up, and then indulge once more. Any food in your kitchen, that is not properly sealed, is susceptible; and will likely be an easy meal for a family of cockroaches.
What’s that? You don’t mind sharing!?!
Keep in mind that cockroaches are known for spreading diseases by transporting microbes on their bodies. In addition to polio, typhoid fever, leprosy, bubonic plaque, and over 40 different types of bacteria; cockroaches have also been shown to cause allergic reactions in humans, and are linked to asthma.
You definitely don’t want to share your food with cockroaches. Don’t let cockroaches steal your donuts, get professional roach control today!
