Each year Bulwark sends out a letter and survey to all of their customers. It’s quite simple, Bulwark wants to know how they are doing. It’s a report card for each of their branches. Yes. Each survey is read and scored. Each comment is taken seriously. Bulwark believes in listening to their customers.

If you are a Bulwark Customer and would like to take the survey then please visit www.GradeBulwark.com each customer may only take the survey once.

Bulwark also operates a quicker more simple survey to grade their techs and each individual service, www.GradeYourService.com
